I rent a single room for 2 nights but the room was close to the main street that noisy was unavoidable. Couldn't sleep well because of the Tram/Bus travelling outside the hotel as well as the frequent the siren of the emergency service vehicles. The room was extreme small that movement inside the room was so limited. On the second day when I was having breakfast in the dinning room where the alarm was suddenly activiated. I followed the customers to walk out of the hotel but I was not told for any reason of the alarm being activated. I was too desperate at that moment as my travel document and luckage was still kept inside the room. Service provided by the staff of this hotel was considered not too helpful.

Helpful friendly staff made me a take with me breakfast when I had to catch a 5am train without a prompt from me.

Position was fantastic

On booking my email request for a bath tub and quiet room was not replied to.On arrival the only way I could get the above was to upgrade the room. Our room was very quiet - so much so that we slept in and missed our first breakfast!( Worth getting up for). The room had very little wardrobe and drawer space - we ended up living out of a suitcase. Overall very expensive, but perhaps that's Norway for you.

- Small gym open 24/7, sauna - nice breakfast - location, just over the street from Oslo central station

- I booked double room single occupancy and get single room (very small room, very small bed)

Ideal location for all what you want to do in Oslo.

Great location, good price/quality, but above all great staff! We spent a week across Norway and arriving to Rica Oslo Hotel july 31st at 11pm and the staff was absolutely outstanding regarding our needs (Child bed, flight tickets, city info,...). The best staff we met In Norway.

extremly noicy with a caroke bar just across the street from my room. It was only possible to sleep between 3 and 8 am.

I like the hotel is 3 minutes from Oslo Central station, which was very nice as I came to Oslo about 10 p.m. The room was comfortable, breakfast -excellent, the staff-very polite and helpful.

The windows of my room went to the street opposite a musical bar, it was rather noisy, especially on Friday night.

The rooms are attractive and well appointed. Bed comfortable. Staff are helpful-ish. Breakfast is good.

Some rooms overlook the station plaza and busy walking street and can be noisy. I had to change my room after the 2nd night which was then fine.

Excellent position,very close to Central Railway Station and to the Bus Terminal. Very kind staff,rooms clean and tidy,excellent and varied breakfast. Good price-quality relation.

Buffet breakfast - absolutely excellent. Location of train station right next to the hotel.
